Refund and Return Policy

1. Perishable Products

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on gelato or other perishable items unless there is a verified defect. Claims for defective products must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.

2. Event Services

Deposits are non-refundable unless Bianco Italy cancels the service.
