TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Cart Requirements:

  • The cart requires level ground (no steps or steep ascents/descents).
  • A power supply is needed.
  • Access in and out requires 1.2m openings with no tight corners, as the cart is 2m long and cannot make sharp turns.

2. Payment Terms:

  • A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required in advance.
  • The balance must be paid 48 hours before the event.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.

4. Liability:

  • Bianco Italy is not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or access restrictions.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with venue regulations (e.g., noise, electricity).

5. Damage to Equipment:

  • The client is responsible for any damage to the cart, equipment, or uniforms caused by event attendees. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

6. Venue Approval:

  • The client must ensure the venue permits the use of the cart and that all access requirements are met. Bianco Italy will not provide refunds if access is restricted due to venue limitations.

7. Health and Safety:

  • Bianco Italy complies with all local health and safety regulations. Food allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

8. Event Timing:

  • Service is available for the agreed-upon time only. Any additional service hours requested on the day of the event will incur an additional fee, subject to staff availability.

9. Force Majeure:

  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), Bianco Italy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. The booking fee will be applied to a future event.

10. Electricity Requirements:

  • A dedicated power supply must be provided for the cart. If power is not available, Bianco Italy can supply a generator at an additional cost (subject to prior arrangement).

11. Photos and Marketing:

  • Bianco Italy reserves the right to take photos of the setup for marketing purposes, unless otherwise specified by the client.

12. Client Contact:

  • A designated contact person must be available on-site during the event to address any last-minute adjustments or issues.
