- We currently deliver only to locations within Dubai.

- Ensure that all delivery addresses are clearly written and include necessary details such as apartment or villa numbers, building names, and landmarks if applicable.
- We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete, incorrect, or ambiguous addresses.
4. Delivery Time Frame:
- Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- We will do our best to notify you in advance with a time frame for delivery so you can plan accordingly.

- If no one will be home during office hours, kindly specify your preferred delivery time in the notes section when placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate, this may not always be guaranteed.

- Gelato is a temperature-sensitive product, and it is essential that it is received promptly upon delivery to maintain its quality.
- In the rare case of any damage or melted gelato due to delivery delays caused by us, we will replace the product free of charge.

- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery details. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately to update the information.

- If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time and you have not provided specific instructions, the order will be returned to our facility. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange for re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.
